What services do you guys offer?

We offer SUP board rentals, SUP lessons and Tours.

 

What are your operations hours?

Mon thru Sunday (7 days a week)  9:00 am to 5 pm

 

Where are you located?

We are a mobile operation. When you book with us, click on our SPN BEACHES page for SUP board drop off locations and for lessons/tours we will contact you where to meet depending on take off location.

What does a SUP rental package include? FREE DIGITAL PHOTO, board, paddle, leash, life-vest, 10 min. instruction (upon request) and FREE delivery and pick up of board and gear.*You will be responsible for any damage to the equipment rented from SUP SAIPAN – if an item is unusable when returned you will be charged the Full retail rate less 30% to replace the damaged item. For small repairs a quote will be provided (small repairs run $25-$150) to you to take care of charges.

 

What does a SUP lesson include?

SUP gear, introduction to SUP, paddling techniques, board care and handling and practice time with a personal instructor. We will also email you free digital go pro photos.

 

What does a lesson/SUP tour include:

SUP lesson, SUP gear, private guide/instructor, SUP instruction, digital go-pro photos, practice time and tour of our beautiful lagoon. We have various take off points depending on skill level and wind conditions. Minimum age for tours is 10 years old. All customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pls. email for rates. 

 

Do you provide gift certificates?

Yes, we do. Rates vary depending on option and duration. All reservations made using a gift certificate must be made 1 week in advance. You must also inform our staff that you will be using a gift certificate. Gift certificates cannot be used during special promotions or on special holidays.

 

Where can I see my photos?

For lessons and tours, your photos will be emailed to you. You may also view them on our website, instagram (@supspn1), or facebook page (SUP SPN).  Pls. let us know if you do not want your photo posted.

 

What if this is my first time to SUP?

No experience necessary. We got you covered!

When  I SUP will I get wet? 

Yes. Your feet will get wet, your hands and maybe up to your knees. Plus, if you fall or want to jump in the water? Definitely!

 

What should I bring or wear?

Towel, sunblock, swimsuit, board shorts, rash guard, light clothing that you feel comfortable paddling in or getting wet, water bottle and waterproof camera/phone cover or housing. We do not recommend you where your glasses or sunglasses or anything valuable because if you fall in the water you might lose them.

 

Where do we meet for tours/lessons?

We usually accommodate our customers and their requests for their lesson.

 

PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your lesson to read and sign your waiver. ALL TOURS /LESSONS START PROMPTLY.

 

What if I can’t swim?

We highly recommend you do know how to swim or have enough energy to swim back to your board if you fall off. However, you will have a leash strapped to your ankle and a personal floating device (life-vests) to help you.

 

What if it rains?

Lessons will still run in light rain/wind.
Lessons will ONLY be cancelled day of if conditions are not conducive to the participant’s safety.

We are committed to offering the highest quality lessons and will always contact you in advance should the weather not be ideal for your excursion/lesson and re-schedule as needed. Other companies might still take you out during challenging conditions but that's not us. Safety is always first.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rental Cancellation-Must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for full refund.

Lessons/Tours Cancellation – 48 hours notice is required for cancellation for full refund. Missed lessons without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.

 

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality service and will always contact you in advance should the weather not be ideal for your excursion/lesson and re-schedule as needed. We also have the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or refusing to listen or follow instructions at all times.
